I’m Katie, owner and Photographer of Sunshine Photography. Let me give you a little information about myself. I have been a photographer for as long as I can remember. Professionally I have been taking pictures for the last 9 years, and started focusing on weddings and family portraits in 2019.
I am a passionate romantic, I love weddings and all things surrounding them. If you want someone with a artistic eye for details look no further! I have a BA in Art & Photography from San Francisco State University. I love meeting new people and making new friends, yes it’s corny, but who would you rather have with you for every moment of your’ wedding day than your new best friend?! I mainly do Weddings and Family portraits, but I am also available for events, maternity, and Senior Portraits.
I also really love nature and landscape photography, so I try to incorporate those types into my portraiture. Being close to nature is my number one favorite part of living in the mountains. In my spare time I enjoy DIY home projects, and sitting on my deck with a cup of tea. I also have a one year old daughter Alison who takes up most of my spare time. Myself, My husband, our daughter, and our two dogs can often be seen walking on the road near our house daily enjoying the fresh air. Thanks for reading, have a wonderful day.
